A BORN AGAIN EXPERIENCE
A true conversion is a process that involves three other process:

CONVICTION 
CONVERSION 
CONFORMITY

For a man to experience a conviction, he must be convinced of the danger of Sin “Scripture in John 16:18 – He will convict the World of Sin, Righteousness and of Judgement.
Conviction Of Sin makes you to know the venom that sin possesses. A sudden realization and understanding of your DIRTY and WORTLESS Old life comes to you and you want to hurriedly leaves that life behind you and forget about it altogether. Conviction about Righteousness is having a realization of what is right and Conviction about Judgement is a realization that all actions shall judged.
Jesus never gives an assurance of Conversion to anyone who has not been convicted.
Conversion: Is an irreversible change of life. Where there is no conviction, conversion can never be genuine. Those that do not experience conviction, giving them an assurance of conversion is a deception because they do not even know what they have repented from.
Conformity: Is a building up to the perfect image of Christ. Eph 4:13 “Till we all come to the unity of faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ”. People who don’t have conviction before claiming conversion can never be conformed to the image of Christ because you can only grow into the life of the person that birthed you.

John 3:3-8
Jesus told Nicodemus that except a man be born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God.
What does it means to be born again? Be Born again means to be born with or of “water and of the Spirit”. “Without that he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God.Vs5”
Being born of the Water and Spirit means to be baptized with the baptism of repentance in Rom 10:9-10 by repents, confess and belief that Jesus is the Lord and Saviour of your life and as the Son of God, and received a regenerated Spirit by being baptized with the baptism of the Holy Ghost “Received the Holy Spirit into your life  and allow Him to mingle with your Spirit and become one

Kingdom of God that Jesus was talking about and throughout the scriptures IS A SYSTEM. Scripturally known two kingdom which are Kingdom of God and Kingdom of Heaven. One am talking about here is a KINGDIOM OF GOD in John 3.

Kingdom of God is a system that can be established and run in the believer’s heart unlike of Kingdom of Heaven which is place. When you received Kingdom of God into your heart that is when Christ the King of that domain is the head of your life, ruling and directing your everyday steps and the only criteria to be in that system which Jesus said to Nicodemus that except ye be born of water and of Spirit you cannot enter into His Kingdom. 
Be in the Kingdom of God is to be saved so that you can be in the consideration book of life.  
Rom 10:9-10, When you repent, confess and belief, you were convict of your past wickedness, you confess and believe in the name and the finished work of Christ Jesus(You will be convert from Old to New) then you will be conform by the continuity and growing of your faith so that you can become like Him into the perfect image and likeness of Christ Jesus the King. If you are born of the Spirit, you will be always lead by the Spirit VS.8 and you will be spiritually minded (Rom 8.6).

While it’s not entirely incorrect to say that the law of divine life is simply God or life itself, it’s more accurate—based on the biblical revelation—to describe it as the automatic function of the divine life. Man with Spirit

  God, the Master Creator, crafted man with divine intentionality, forming a being unlike any other in creation.
