Thank the Lord for the profound truth that underscores the unwavering righteousness of God toward us. It is a blessing beyond measure that His righteousness cannot waver or betray us, for He remains eternally true to Himself. This steadfast nature assures us that when we embrace faith in Him, salvation is not a mere possibility but a divine necessity, for God, in His faithfulness, must save those who believe in the Son.

Christ is the embodiment of our righteousness. Our approach to God is not through our conduct but by putting on Christ. It is essential to distinguish between our conduct and our righteousness before God, recognizing that the latter is solely rooted in Christ. The beauty lies in the unchanging nature of our righteousness; it is Christ Himself. While our conduct may vary, our righteousness before God remains steadfast, as it is anchored in the unshakable truth of Christ.

Gratitude fills our hearts when God reveals that our righteousness before Him is not contingent upon our behavior. This revelation brings liberation, allowing us to approach God in prayer and fellowship with boldness, knowing that our standing is secure in Christ. The realization that our righteousness is rooted in Christ, not our conduct, breaks the chains of self-condemnation and empowers us to stand confidently before our Creator.

The poignant words of 2 Corinthians 5:21 resonate deeply, declaring that the sinless One became sin on our behalf, ushering in salvation. Formerly sinful, we are transformed into the righteousness of God in Christ through the redemptive work of Jesus. This truth harmonizes with the mind in 1 Corinthians 1:30 and 2 Corinthians 5:21 – the sinless One taking on our sin, and those who received Him become the righteousness of God.

In embracing Christ's sacrificial work, we transition from a state of sinfulness to becoming the righteousness of God. It is a divine exchange, a miraculous transformation that testifies to the grace and mercy of our loving God. May we continually rejoice in the unshakable righteousness found in Christ, offering gratitude for the liberation and boldness it imparts in our relationship with the Almighty.

While it’s not entirely incorrect to say that the law of divine life is simply God or life itself, it’s more accurate—based on the biblical revelation—to describe it as the automatic function of the divine life.   God, the Master Creator, crafted man with divine intentionality, forming a being unlike any other in creation. In Genesis 2:7, we find the profound narrative of humanity's genesis: "Jehovah God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul."
